Service employees very pleasant and able to answer all questions. Car collection was fantastic. I have a leg injury and employee brought check out material to me (saving me having to move to her desk) and then parked car in nearest bay. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. I was working in the main showroom due to the work area being busy and they even offered me a private office to work from which was above and beyond expectations. I did opt to remain in the showroom as it was nice and bright.

No indication of service duration or where I was in the queue. No expectations set whilst I waited. I did ask prior to arriving a few days before but nothing was forthcoming. Great video and cleaning. The car looked spotless after the service.

Customer service was great. Initial price for the Telematics unit/work was way too much, but they contacted BMW and the price was halved as my car was fairly new. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the original quote.

Booked a waiting MOT appointment, had to wait 3 hours for this to be completed. Not sure if that is normal for an MOT but was surprised by how long I had to wait.

Didn't feel particularly welcome by the service dept staff. I also felt pricing was excessive and not transparent. I left a message with the service manger to call me back to discuss my experience, but have had no response.

A small detail but, when approaching the service desk with 3 members of staff at thier desks, no one even looked up to acknowledge my arrival. But when i was finally greeted it was as pleasant as you'd expect from a BMW showroom.

I was very satisfied from the moment I dropped my key off for my MOT service. Plus I love that I'm always kept in the know. Just one issue which I noticed for the second time when my car was washed, it had wet tissue left on the bonnet of my car!!!

My experience was okay . I did not ask for a courtesy car as actually thought my car would pass its MOT. After a phone call from above lady not a friendly manner I returned to the garage , had to wait a very long time for my car . No updates really

People receiving the cars are not friendly, not interested in the customers necessities. It seems they just do the job like robots but are not passionate or love what they are doing and in consequence they pass their attitude to the customers.

Front of house staff were pleasant, servicing desk staff were knowledgeable and double checked my vehicle service requirements to ensure correct alignment of service dates. I was kept updated throughout the day as to my vehicles progress.

Workmanship was excellent, how do you take off a brand new chrome grill and replace it with a black one the you put the chrome one in the bin without even contacting the customer. It should be obvious to the technician that it's just a colour change
